Rick Herron began selling insurance in 1976 to combine his love of working with people with his desire to simplify the insurance process for his customers, from insurance coverage selection to submitting claims and everything in-between. Rick and his staff are always available to answer questions, provide information, and check on the status of a policy or a claim. The Rick Herron Insurance Agency is known for superior customer service, and customers know that they will get personal service from Rick or a member of his staff each and every time they contact the agency.

Rick Herron started in the insurance business as a claims adjuster in 1971, after graduating from USC. During his years as a claims adjuster Rick had the opportunity to learn about the insurance products from the inside-out, and he saw what insurance customers went through as they attempted to understand claim forms and the claim submittal process.

Rick has a strong work ethic, putting in 10-plus hour days during the work week, and he exercises 3 or 4 times a week. Connecting with customers via a phone call, email, or in-person to keep up with how they are doing, and checking in to see if they need any assistance, is part of the personalized service customers’ have come to expect from the Rick Herron Insurance Agency.
